The content of the course was fine
The content of the course was fine. It was ridiculous how many times I had to “verify” my identity. Also, the course timed out in the middle of taking a quiz and I had to restart. I had been working on the course for not that long so not sure why it timed out.

Quick easy and with good support
Answers were concise, and correct. They are “english as a second language” helpers, which is fine, but some are very difficult to understand

my experience was not good---your platform is not nearly as good and it was before----i have used van ed for years and this year I was challenged with your process --your delivery time for certificates is terrible -- has always been instant and it does not have how many hours you earned on them

Your 4 hour classes are more like 5-6…
Your 4 hour classes are more like 5-6 hours!! There is no way someone can do your courses in the time you say it should take. I don’t like paying for a 4 hour class that takes me over 5 hours to complete!!!! Not happy!!!!!

The course content was too repetitive
The course content was too repetitive. WAY too may slides....600+. This takes longer than 4 hours to complete.
