It was old information. You should let students know before they pay for this that some of the important information is over three years old. Also, it took me 14 hours to complete the six-hour course, and I have four college degrees!

Everything that I expected. Solid information. The format was easy to use. I especially liked the "Note" links within the material. I would use this service again for my continuing education needs.

I spent 55 mins on the phone with a 360 tech trying to set up the system to proceed to the part of the course. She had me go on line to a online sharing site. Log in more than 3 times to get the course to allow me to start. I had her note on my accoiunt what we went through. I would have left the site and paid for a different provider, but my time clock said I had already spent almost two hours trying to take your course. I have taken VANED courses for over 8 years and this was the worst experience I have EVER had. Who ever bought your courses...I am requesting a refund or credit for my expenses. This was not what I had on my calendar. A 4 hour course to take almost 8 hours. Every time I would "oush" next it would not respond or the course would "freeze". Again. I am requesting a refund of my purchase cost or a credit for another course. HAROLD SANDERSON, Assured Realty Colorado

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent experience with our course. We are truly sorry to learn about the significant difficulties you encountered, from the extended time spent with technical support to the issues with the course freezing and not responding. We understand how frustrating it must have been to dedicate nearly two hours before even starting the course and then experience further technical problems, turning a four-hour course into an eight-hour ordeal. We recognize that this is not the seamless learning experience we aim to provide, especially for someone with your extensive experience in online courses. We will have our customer support team reach out to assist.

After completing class and passing test I could not print certificate. Your software froze so I had to log out. When I logged back into site it showed no sign that I completed class. Your site worked fine before. I used for years , maybe you should have left it alone. I have emailed you but haven’t heard back yet. I want my certificate. I’m not sure I’ll use your site again.

We sincerely regret the technical difficulties you encountered, especially after successfully completing your class and test. We understand your frustration with not being able to print your certificate and the subsequent loss of your progress. We are actively investigating the issue with our software and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will have our customer support team reach out.
