DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam! I paid for two wood stove fans on November 24, 2024. They never came. Customer service sends vague emails repeatedly saying they are looking into it. Total scam!

This company is not legit and I should have known better. I lost $40 and had to change my card number. After I changed my card number they tried to charge my item through again to my old number, two weeks after my initial purchase.

Took 20 days to recieve my ultrasonic bug repeller that I thought was made in the US. Their shop says America's trusted source but their products ship from China. Then on top of that I have recieved not 1 but 2 charges for 29.99 magically 2 days apart even after i unchecked their sneaky monthly membership subscription. All they want is to get thatextra money from you and hope you dont notice. I had to cancel my credit card and file a fraud claim. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THEM. GET THE SAME PRODUCTS FROM AMAZON! It's faster and at least you know their products are mostly foreign as they don't hide that.

Ordered 2 dance mats for kids on December 24. I was told it would be delivered in 6 to 7 days. I checked their website for the order numbers and found some major discrepancies. One said the product was delivered on December 12 (for an order placed on December 24). I then found that there were 2 other entries for items delivered on January 6 and 7. We never received them. I called on January 14 to complain and found the person to be extremely rude and non-responsive. Today (Jan 21) I called to find the status and was told by Laura that there was a considerable backlog. I have requested a cancellation for both items. In addition, there was a fraudulent charge on my Visa which was discovered in time. I had to cancel that card and had to get another one. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

This company is a total scam operation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their products are inferior and there’s no way to get a refund even after returning the product. If there was a way to give them minus stars I would do it. Buyer beware!
