Top notch - coach keeps me level headed and to remember ‘slow and steady wins the race’.

Katie Hawkins has been very supportive of my journey. She’s taken the time to get to know me and my goals. I’m very much looking forward to continuing this journey with her!

The WarriorBabe program truly changed my life and perspective about strength and health. Having a dedicated expert trainer to personalize my exercise plan and guide me along the way has made all the difference. I’ve also learned about proper eating using macros for strength, energy and building muscle. My trainer Lindsay has been excellent as she's super knowledgeable and responsive. She also taps into her expert network if I have a question she can’t answer immediately. The Warrior Babe App is also great as it allows me to track my progress, understand my daily program and communicate with my Coach and other “Babes” in the program. The exercise videos are great to guide you through new moves. All in all, I highly recommend this program to anyone who’s serious about their health, strength and longevity.

A program for only women, by only women! These coaches really know their stuff for what perimenopausal and post-menopausal women’s health needs are as in regards to sleeping, nutrition, what exercise our bodies will properly respond to (so we aren’t wasting our time wotb other crazy intense workouts that are gonna tear down rather than support or build up muscle), and what our hormones are doing. Literally, a lifesaver for many of us! You think you’re going absolutely bonkers when in peri-menopause but it’s not you! You just need a guide a coach to help you know what’s going on and how to manage it! This is to make you healthy enough to keep your bones strong and muscles strong so you don’t have to rely on your children or grand-children to help you lift boxes or groceries or even just yourself. I love love Coach Norma! A wealth of knowledge and a little older too, which is nice bc you have a coach who has literally been going through all these peri-menopausal and menopausal changes. Even while she was going through her own loss within her family circle, she was there to encourage us, as were even the other coaches! They were there asking her group of ladies if they were ok or needing anything. This entire WB group is so supportive and never ever degrading! Join up! I was scared bc had no idea the commitment or cost etc until I spoke on the phone via Zoom to their welcome lady. But, it’s ok! It’s not a scam! WB does require a financial commitment, but ladies it’s so worth it. If you are ready to commit, do it; and you won’t look back! Start listening to the Macro Hour with Nikkey Stott on Spotify and you will learn so much!

This has been the only thing that has worked for me. My coach is the best and supportive in every way!

Having Kylie as my coach has made the transition comfortable for me. Being new to the program I still have a few struggles with the macros - but getting much better at it now that she has shared some amazing tips with me. This program has me up and moving on a regular basis. Looking forward to this year and all the progress I am capable of making.

I love the warrior babe program!! The support from my coach and the community is so amazing! I have done lots of programs and this one is the best!

I am 51 yrs old and only two months into the year-long program. I am eating more than I was before joining the program and already seeing results with body recomposition! (Inches and pounds lost, although I didn’t necessarily join the program for weight loss.) In addition to workout and nutrition advice/structure, the WarriorBabe program and my Coach (Samantha P.) have educated me about the power of good sleep practices, journaling, setting intentions, mindfulness, mindset and showing up for myself and others in the program. This is a lifestyle not a quick fix, and I am so grateful that I took the time to research before joining other programs. I am investing in myself so that I can pour into others that need me daily and remain strong no matter what life stage I’m in!
