When I started the warrior Babe program back in January, I was a lost soul. I’ve tried multiple diets multiple workout programs, but nothing that was ever helping my mental state my coach Katie Hawkins, helped me get a healthier relationship with food and even bring more Whole Foods into my diet and with managing my stress. I used to be a huge stress eater, so I would just binge on anything and everything but learning what I have learned so far, I’m not falling into those old habits and I have Katie to thank for that. I still have many months to go with the warrior babe program and Katie. I can’t wait to see where I end.

The workouts are personally tailored and the coaches are responsive and helpful. It's been huge for motivation and accountability and my coach adapts my plan to whatever is going on in my life, so it's easy to stay with it.

Coach Katie Hawkins is awesome. She always willing to listen to me and shares great resources. I have lost weight and fat and am gaining muscle even though I am in my 50s. Her guidance is helping me change my relationship with food.
