This was the best experience! Today is the day after Thanksgiving, and apparently everyone in my area is sick. 2+hour waits at every urgent care and my pediatrician is closed today. I visited a few and waited a while but gave up with all the other sick and coughing people waiting too. I found webdoctors online, read some reviews and decidee to try. I set up our profile, filled out the details of what was going on with my son, and in about 10 minutes I was called by Dr. Pham. He had actually read my comments, understood the situation, asked me a few more questions and suggested an antibiotic for my son. He sent it to my pharmacy while we were still on the phone and it was ready in less than half an hour! I'm calling this a holiday miracle!! Thank you! Every mom needs this!!

My experience was great. However, my prescription was not requested in a timely manner. The only phone number available is a recording to leave a message. Email was sent to support, for which my prescription was called in.
