I think it was great. The doctor was extremely nice and I didn't have to leave work.

I has an earache and needed help fast! The gentleman who called me asked his questions and prescribed medication. An hour after first dose pain was nearly gone. Amazed!

I got my prescription but the doctor was not very helpful or seemed to know much.He seemed he just wanted to get the phone call over with as quickly as possible to make a quick buck and was not interested in my questions about my condition. Customer service would be a one star.
