Most people are naturally skeptical about this untraditional method of medical care but for non-emergencies it is way better than going to your local urgent care and sitting there (usually with other sick people who are often contagious) and waiting and waiting...

The other day I realized my cold wasn't getting any better and I was in excruciating pain, unable to sleep and miserable. I looked up my symptoms and found that I most likely had strep throat. I have no insurance so I was up at 4:00am scrambling to find a 24/7 urgent care that was within my price point and feeling completely hopeless. I came across MDProactive and was a little nervous at first, but seeing that strep throat and sinus infections are on the list of the most commonly diagnosed illnesses on their list gave me more peace of mind. By the time I submitted my appointment request, I received a call from the doctor and picked up my pills in about an hour and a half - so far less time than I would've even expected to be seen at an urgent care.
