I enjoyed being able to get a prescription for poison oak the weekend while at home, and not have to wait till the condition got worse, or burn 5 hours at urgent care.

It’s impossible to get an appointment for a dermatologist in my state, and my primary care doc didn’t feel comfortable prescribing dermatological Rxs I’ve been on for a decade. Thanks to Dr. Garg, I was able to avoid a lapse in treatment and continue using the retinoid. Thank you.

It’s very easy to sign in and get an appointment.The Dr was actually very nice. Always very efficient with calls, calling back and having the medication sent in, correctly. I just wish for the price, that already went up for a call, as most telemedicine Drs., for less money, are wanting to only use video, so they can actually see the patient to say what they believe or see in certain cases. What I have going on, is definitely a Sinus and ear infection, but I was very concerned and am, that it’s an abscess on my bottom teeth/inside gum, dt my entire bottom of face, from molar to chin is puffed out and hurts tremendously. I get recurring sinus infections, so I know, but I’ve never had this puffed it, pinch, when I bend a tad and pain. I explained I have a crown that came off awhile back and a tooth was all the way cracked, for a bit. I just wish, though I couldn’t drive and would have cost nothing, this is great for most non emergencies and I moved, with no pcp (my new insurance doesn’t understand where I can go🤦🏻‍♀️), for urgent care, that the Dr could have seen the bottom of my face and inside that corner for 60$’s. I’d feel better about that. But I’m grateful for him.
