They assisted to the best of their ability over the phone. The doctor did prescribe me medication which was helpful. I wish they were more helpful with the doctor's note. I have a condition that doesn't go away in a day but the doctor's note just says "patient treated" on the date. I am going to see if they can do anything about that without having to pay for getting seen for the same thing the next day...

Nice people but when you are sick for work they will not provide visit notes or doctors notes even when they prescribe antibiotics.
