Uses AWS shipping
Reposting again, because the company included my personal information in their response without my consent yet again, so I had to delete my review. Wellbefore: do not continue to post my personal information in your responses. Be warned: Though the Wellbefore website specifies only UPS and USPS as their shipping carriers, my recent order was sent via AWS delivery. As soon as I discovered this, I contacted Wellbefore to cancel the order, and they failed to cancel. They keep stating that they couldn’t cancel because it was too late, but that does not change the fact that they use AWS shipping and you won’t find out until your item is in transit (which makes it too late to cancel).

Well before is so awesome!!
I absolutely love this company, these masks are always super high quality, they come in cute colors, and earloop & headband straps. Their customer service is also excellent! Wonderful company. Will be purchasing more in the future!

Nice customizations
I bought the kf94 masks because I liked that I could choose the color and adjustable ear loops are super important to me. I wish there were a way to buy smaller packs or mix and match the colors you order tho. Also, the regular size is a little big for me so it doesn’t seal very well, but I imagine if you had a better fitting mask it would seal well. These masks were a little pricier than I’m used to paying, but overall I am happy with the customizations and would buy these, although maybe in a smaller size, again.
