Their N95 masks absolutely have been the best fitting masks for me. I will continue to use their masks (started using them in 2021) in the future, for ex. when CA wildfires cause the air quality in the San Francisco Bay area to tank. Their website is easy to use and my orders always came on time.

The products are great--and the size range is amazing-- but the high cost of shipping changes the cost per mask too much when for a small order to be cost-effective. I ration your perfectly-sized (adult small or petite regular--thank you for these!) to the times when I absolutely need to wear an ear loop mask, so I don't need many at a time. The shipping adds up to a substantial portion of the bill for a ten-pack--but a ten-pack lasts me for so long that a larger order would simply result in issues caused by storage.

I continue to be satisfied with the products I buy from WellBefore, specifically the quality and affordability of the disposable gloves. However, I have noticed that the price of shipping has increased along with the length of time it takes for me to receive my products. This has definitely led me to shop less often to avoid the high shipping costs. It has also caused me to have to purchase gloves from my local store because my shipments take so long to arrive.

I wanted to pay annually instead of being billed monthly, I was told I cannot until the anniversary date
