I like the way the masks fit and the variety of colors. I am still wearing masks in crowded indoor settings, so it is great to have a consistent supplier.

You did not give me any advance warning that this was about to be charged and shipped. I want to cancel my subscription and now I am stuck with receiving another shipment.
Response from WellBefore· Jun 29, 2023
Hi James, we're sorry to know you had this experience. If you allow us to clarify, please kindly note our purchases are divided and marked as subscription purchase and 1 time purchases. We do our best to make this noticeable at the moment of adding these items to the cart. As for notifications, our platform makes sure to notify all events that happen with orders, but we know there are times some email addresses have filtered these automatic notifications to the spam folders, for which we strongly suggest to verify this folder as well and whitelist our addresses. Thanks again for your comments, and we will do our best to improve continuously. Best regards and stay safe

Really terrific little company. The very first time they sent their product, UPS dropped the ball and I never got the delivery. WellBefore sent me out a new supply and dealt with UPS themselves so I had a very pleasant experience instead of what could have been a very frustrating one. They answer phone calls personally and even call you back to see if things are right when there is a problem. Also they remind you if you have a delivery coming up. It is also very easy to change your delivery date or even cancel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly!

I bought some of their products throughout the pandemic and they have always been prompt, professional, and really amazing to work with. I buy all the KN95s and my kids are quite careless and none of the elastic or any other pieces have caused injury or broke. The customer service is wonderful and prompt.

Thank you,Vivian, for sharing not just your experience with the KN95 masks acquired, but also for your continued trust. We appreciate your kind words each time and hope to continue hearing from you on your next visit. Stay safe!
