I ordered a product from this site. Very simply they didn’t send the product I ordered. It came in a timely manner, but it was incorrect. I tried to reach out to customer service, I got a combative and rude team, I still haven’t received a return label from the company. I even spent over an hour texting and chatting with the customer service, if you can call it that, showing with pictures that they sent the wrong product! Then some very rude individual calls me yelling what do you want! It’s very simple, a refund, you didn’t send me the correct product to which he tells me “yes we did!” I think I personally know a product I have been using for the past 5 years! I still have no reply for the return, I have had to use my bank to process this as fraud and I have to submit photos to show this to them I didn’t get the advertised product. This was my first and last time using this rude and unprofessional company. I suggest screening your customer care team. They didn’t show any compassion or care, they were rude and condescending to me and of course my reply was in kind, rude and condescending. I don’t like being told I don’t know what I’m talking about, I don’t appreciate that all this took was a simple return request that was refused. Not a single member of your team accepted responsibility for their mistakes. Totally and completely irresponsible. I do not nor will I ever recommend this company for anything medical. They are the antithesis of what medical care should be. After contacting the company CEO I was issued a refund. I have changed my review to neutral.

Our intentions were exclusively to provide you with a solution in the fastest possible way as we realized the frustration you had with our team while we tried to clarify the information about the product that the manufacturer had provided. We understand things didn’t go well this time. Regarding the return label of this order, because this is a special product it takes a bit longer than usual to process an immediate return. Nonetheless, the return authorization is now completed. Once again, our main objective is to always solve things as fast as possible and avoid misunderstandings. We hope this helps clarify things. I've ordered from WellBefore several times. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. I found the perfect mask for me that comes in a small size. They are very good about updating me on shipping and delivery.

WellBefore has been my go to company for masks throughout the pandemic. Through the choices they provide, I have found several styles that provide for both safety and proper fit! I will always come back to WellBefore for my masks and test kits, when needed!
