This company is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered the wrong mask and I requested to return them and get the mask size I needed, in the meantime they sent me the mask that I needed but also let me keep the other ones that I had made a mistake on. I donated them. They are the best and most friendly company I have dealt with.

We want to let you know how much it means to us when our customers get to donate items that were not useful for them. Thanks a lot for such an act of kindness and for sharing your amazing review!

I've bought from WellBefore a few times and have found their prices to be very reasonable. They are well run, shipments arrive quickly, and are very customer friendly. They also make every effort to send confirmations and updates at each stage of an order. Most items are in stock, but if an item happens to be out of stock, they will let you know as soon as it becomes available, and are very responsive to inquiries.

I have been receiving autoship of 50 masks since July 2021 which was suppose to be kids KN95 mask (size 5-8). Initially I received the correct size but in later deliveries, I received the wrong size. Currently, I have 210 masks that are size Petite regular and 10 masks of size 9-12 that I want a refund for because they sent me the wrong size and their customer service has been giving me the run around and not giving me my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!
