WellBefore came highly recommended as a great resource for facial masks to protect against Covid. I placed my order on January 12, 2022. On January 13, I received an email with a subject line "A shipment from order #448191 is on the way". For several weeks I tracked the order but it never seemed to leave the warehouse. On January 30, I inquired as to the whereabouts of my order. The next thing I know, I am issued a refund. When I asked why I was refunded instead of shipping my order, the answer I received was stupid and illogical. "My most sincere apologies as this order seems to be lost from the courier and we will have to open an investigation with them. We don't want to keep you waiting that's why we have processed your full refund for this matter. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." I would have rather had the masks (which I wanted and needed) and not the refund. I will never recommend nor order from WellBefore ever.

I ordered a set of their masks and was very impressed with the quality. First mask I have had that adjusted enough to fit me without discomfort. Also they followed up several times to ensure everything had gone well with the product and shipment. It's rare that I can say I am delighted with an ordering experience. This time I can.

I used to buy the 3 ply disposable masks until they came out w/4 ply, I was hesitant at first thinking it would naturally be harder to breathe, I couldn’t of been any wronger (if that’s a word), does not restrict breathing in any way, also no skin irritation and I feel much safer wearing the 4/ply. Also a big plus for me (with inflation) is the very reasonable pricing they offer on their products. I am a die-hard fan and I believe you will too once you try out their products. Oh yes did I mention their delivery time is much sooner then their quote, I live in California.

These masks are made in China, but the website is deceptive in that they lead you to believe they are from Texas. I will not buy from this company again.

If you allow us to clarify, we mention on our site we ship from our warehouse at Dallas, TX, and all of our products with our logo on them clarifies the manufacturer in their documentation shown on site at good resolution so it can be read. By any means we want to hide this information from any of our customers and are not deceiving or misleading. We know how important this information is for our customers, since we know there are plenty customers that are careful while reading all the information about the product they're getting and read all the data we can provide, or even come directly to our customer service and ask for that information.
