Such a great company to work with. During the Omicron surge WellBefore was the only companies I could find to get KN 95 masks. Top notch from top to bottom on communication and quality. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent customer service. Being a first time buyer at this website, I ordered 2 types of Kn95 masks. I discovered that the masks in one of my orders (which came in a pack of 10 individually wrapped masks) were too small. I contacted them to inquire about a return and refund on the unopened masks. Rather than have me ship back the unopened masks, they immediately issued me a refund. Although the masks were not a right fit for my face, they appear to be well made - the masks as well as the earloop ties are a thick, durable material, and I love that they have an adjustable ear loop option.

Ordered masks for my children. The smallest size fit my petite 4 year old and even though next size up was out of stock, the larger child size worked relatively well for my 6 year old.
