I ordered masks nearly 6 weeks ago and they have not arrived yet. I've contacted customer service and the invitation to write this review was the only response I've had back from them. I wish the masks would come in the mail, and if not I'd like my money back.

Please note you sent us your request past Wednesday February 23rd, and we replied to it the same day twice waiting for a reply from you, and even called you today to have a small conversation and explain what happened with your package, but your number was out of service. I had ordered the small KN95 (KN94 style) masks but the masks were too small for me since I had used the mask dimensions shown on their web site. WellBefore was nice to offer me credit for the masks so I reordered the black KN94 style masks in the regular size once they were back in stock. I'm currently waiting for my regular size masks to arrive. In general, these masks are well constructed and I like the adjustable ear loops. Also, the KN94 style masks are more comfortable along the cheeks than the typical KN95 masks.

While the kid's masks are good quality, the petite size did not fit. We appreciate the great customer service provided by WellBefore and also the quick response and resolution. We will be shopping for other PPE products with WellBefore.
