I didn’t get my order when I needed and…
I didn’t get my order when I needed and I asked for refund after returning but just reimbursed the shipping cost. I am disappointed and will not suggest anyone.

Dear Nilesh, we are sorry to know this had happened. As we clarified on our communications, due to the nature of some products, we are unable to accept the return of products, and the FlowFlex Covi-19 rapid tests fall into this category, and we clarify this in the product's section to help our customers to acknowledge the product they are getting and under which conditions. As well, we clarify how returns are not applicable on some products in our returns policy. Once again, we are sorry for not being of help this time due to the conditions of the product and purchase.
