You should take the choices of fabric like or poly. I ordered the poly choice and received the breathable fabric of the seni diapers. Not once did anyone reach out and say they don’t offer that option anymore. They will be used just the same. I like the plastic backed better because they can hide the diaper odors a bit better.

Hello LSJ, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you received the breathable fabric option instead of the plastic-backed product you originally chose. We completely understand how important odor control and product preferences are, especially for something as personal as incontinence care. We regret that we did not notify you in advance about the change in fabric options, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. While we do offer a variety of incontinence products, including those with plastic-backed or waterproof layers designed for better odor control, sometimes stock limitations require substitutions. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience with this. If you would like, we would be happy to help you find the best product for your needs or assist with an exchange to make sure you feel completely satisfied. Please reach out anytime, we want to make this right for you. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the chance to improve. We hope to earn a 5-star experience from you in the future. Warm regards,
customer
