The service is okay however the billing is not. I honestly wish I never left Metro PCS because there’s hardly no flexibility. For example I get paid on the 15th but my bill is due on the 7th and I use that 30th check to pay this high rent in Fl! I want to move my due date and cannot! I repeat cannot which is ridiculous!!!

My rating could go up, depending on what happens today. Ive been granted a refund amount of forty dollars. and I Think it should be more. But I am requesting a movment of my payment date for this month alone for financial reasons. I have finally got to speak with a person who is at Comcast, who I believe will get this done. I have asked different things and spoken to call centers in India, gotten told one thing, even given numbers and nothing happened. When I joined xfinity Mobile I was promised an 100$ credit for bringing my own phone, (never got it) I only activated two lines but had three on the account, that was fixed this month after asking for 3 months. A lady I spoke to in sep 2022 said I would be switched to 30$ per line 60$ total plus fee's, but that didn't happen until this recent call today. The reason my review wasn't lower is because the phone service it self is great. Better than T mobile, but T mobiles customer service for me was good. Xfinity Mobile has a dyno-mite product but the call center thing needs allot of fixing. The people to talk to are the one's at xfinity mobile they are third tier level, you have to go threw the call center to get to those. The person I talked to was Gabriel, I give her five stars.

I am happy with my phone price and service. Customer service starting my service was excellent and efficient (and largely US based). Billing customer service after I started was very difficult. After chatting fir someone for an hour, I was not able to get my questioned answered. When I asked to speak to his supervisor (because his English was so bad), I got called by a regular CSR that also did not speak English well. Got transferred twice and on hold for a long time. Spoke to another CSR with poor English who resisted my efforts to talk to his supervisor (not to complain, just get a simple answer to a billing question). If I were not so happy with my phone and plan I would give 1 star...
