Ordered a hat from bellyhatter.com on May 29 2025 and I am still waiting for the hat to arrive. It is totally unacceptable that's its almost a month and I received nothing at all. Before you order from this place look it up on YouTube and you will see all the mess they are talking about. Tried to send an email to make a complaint on their website thru a Gmail account and it was undeliverable

Scammers! I ordered two hats: One of them arrived (from China) in a plastic bag (no box), with the brim completely deformed. Moreover, the quality is nothing like what it seems on their site, but more like what you'd get with a cheap Halloween costume, definitely not worth the $45 I paid (and the $45 was supposedly a "special sale", the item's non-discounted price was $85). The second hat never arrived. I've contacted support and they're blaming it on Trump's tariffs causing holdups at customs, sending me "a new tracking number for the second package", which was the same tracking number for the package I already received (only one [damaged] item), suggesting I'd lost the second had and overall, just stalling for time without offering any solutions. Stay clear of these scammers... Update: I paid for my order with PayPal, so I submitted a dispute. After the seller offered me a $10 refund, I escalated it to a claim for PayPal to review. They settled the case in my favor, and I've been reimbursed the full amount of my order. Don't let them get away with it, fight to get your money back if you fall victim to these scammers! Lessons learned: 1) Always check TrustPilot BEFORE buying from an establishment you're not familiar with. 2) Always pay with PayPal or any other platform that offers solid buyer protection so you can get reimbursed in case of a scam.

When hat FINALLY turned up (after 6 weeks) it was in a plastic mailer bag (not in box as stated) and damaged. It is a cheap knock-off that you could get at a $2 store. Not worth the NZD104.00 that we paid. Have just discovered it is a scam site! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased a Dr. Jones fedora from them. It cdd as me from China, in a plastic bag, which severely damaged the brim, and the crown was crushed. In addition, the crown ribbon is glued on sloppily, the sweat band has a ribbon inside it to tighten around smaller head sizes, there is no crown liner as is shown in their photos, and I’ve seen better hat material in costume shops. If I could have given a “No-Star” review, I would have. Bypass this company as if it had the plague.

Order a hat it came in a plastic mailer bag. Hat was crushed unwearable! Contacted for a refund NO REPLY AT ALL!!….Beware DO NOT BUY FROM Bellyhatter!!!!!

I ordered a hat and it took a month for delivery, it was shipped in a plastic bag and was crushed. I emailed the company and requested a refund. The company Bellyhat.com replied stating they can offer me a refund of 6USD. What... The hat cost almost $50USD after taxes... Horrible... I don't recommend buying anything from them.

Fake!! I recognize the hats on Bellyhat.com website. Even the products flashing on the screen indicate the brand as "Bellisomo" which sell for $350 - $600. DO NOT BE SWINDLED.

What a joke. Quality is cheap. Don't worth the money. The hat is just a kind of furry cardboard, packaging was just a plastic bag with a result that the hat was completely flat and out of form. One word: GARBAGE. Paid in US $ for a Hong Kong company and delivery from Italy!!!!!
