The hat advertisement is a misleading draw to get your attention. The hat pretends to come from Spain and arrives with a USPO New York return address. The package was stuffed in my mailbox; the quality of the hat is “trash”. They offered at first a $4 refund then an $8 refund… I donated the hat to charity. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

DO NOT BUY! The photos of the hats are exaggerated.....what i received was the right color but the quality was -10. Size chart is not accurate either. It was so bad that I couldn't even give it away. Just trashed it. I wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews before buying. Company is based in China also. The price is directly indicatve of the product.

This company is AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They absolutely SUCK! POOR QUALITY XXL equals small, they don't refund your money and it takes 2 months to get a terrible product 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This company ripped me off and won’t do anything to remedy it. They lied about the quality, the shipping and when my inferior quality hat was finally delivered it was destroyed in shipping. They were kind enough to offer a $4 refund on a $50 hat. Total scam!!!!

Truffa. Sito molto semplice con foto di cappelli che non corrispondono alla realtà. Quando il pacco è arrivato era letteralmente deformato, il cappello tutto arricciato e il materiale del cappello era simile a quelli dei costumi di carnevale, cuciture grossolane e tessuti di bassissima qualità. La parte brutta inizia ora… Scivendo alla mail per spiegare cosa fosse successo e che comunque nonostante le condizioni il cappello non corrispondeva alla descrizione ero disposto a fare un reso senza alcun tipo di rimborso eccetto il prezzo del cappello che comunque era arrivato in condizioni pessime. Mi rispondono dicendo che non è un motivo valido per fare un reso… Gli mando le foto di come mi è arrivato il cappello e gli scrivo tutte le differenze riscontrate rispetto la descrizione del sito e continuano a trovare scuse offrendomi un rimborso di 5 €. Ad oggi non ho ancora avuto nessun tipo di rimborso. Ladri.

BELLYHAT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Ordered 5 hats for my wedding 3 weeks in advance. Hats were SUPPOSEDLY coming from Italy. Hats never arrived. Asked for refund, they INSTEAD sent NOW UNNEEDED & USELESS hats that were shipped from Jamaica NY that arrived in mere days! Although I ordered different sizes, the were ALL the same size. AGAIN requested a refund, was told “SURE! But they have to be shipped to CHINA” Which will cost about $100 and thats IFFFF they get them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS “COMPANY”!!! $220 down the drain and stuck with hats I cannot use.

This company is a scam! Despite stating upon shipment that the items are packaged to be received in perfect condition they are received crushed in a plastic bag. After several requests to return the item for a full refund they offered 11.00 and stating that returning the item to China would be very expensive. Refused to refund for the horrible damage and the product is cheap. This company ships out of Spain according to the mail alerts but they claim to send from China…someone not truthful. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

ordered two hats and they sent the wrong size and claimed the order was correct. offered a small $3.00 adjustment on $85.00 order. Definite scam. Sent documentation proving order was their error. No satisfaction.
