BellyhatReviews of bellyhat.com

Absolutely rubbish!!! 1 They claim hey claim that the product is made in the US! lie!!! I received 2 trackers, 1 from the US, 2 from China. I received the hat all crumpled, it was packed only in a plasticity bag. It is very different from the one in the picture. waste of your money!!!

Warning: Avoid shopping at bellyhat.com – my experience as a customer I would like to share my experience with bellyhat.com as a warning to others considering making a purchase from them. I ordered a hat in a specific size and color, based on the size chart and product images on their website. What I received matched neither the stated size (it was too small, with an inner circumference of 57 cm instead of the promised 61–62 cm) nor the color (a beige brim instead of the advertised orange). The product was unusable for me. I contacted their customer service and politely pointed out the mistake, explaining how the hat clearly did not match what I had ordered. Their response was that their warehouse had confirmed the correct item was sent. What followed was a bizarre negotiation where I was offered compensation of $4, then $5, and finally $8 – for an item I couldn’t use and never actually ordered. I declined these symbolic offers of compensation, as they neither addressed the issue nor acknowledged the error. I instead requested either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund. Both were denied. Despite several polite attempts to resolve the matter, bellyhat.com consistently refused to take responsibility for the mistake. In the end, I was left with an unusable item, no refund, and no solution. I am deeply disappointed with how this company handles complaints – and I feel it’s important to warn others: Avoid shopping at bellyhat.com. If something goes wrong, you cannot expect real customer service or accountability. They take your money – and walk away from responsibility.

What a joke. Quality beneath all expectations, complete rubbish. Don't worth the money. The hat is just a kind of furry cardboard, packaging was just a plastic bag with a result that the hat was completely out of form. One word: GARBAGE

Terrible, nothing like a classic pork pie hat, more like a cowboy hat, what a waist of 🤑🙄

Scammers , hat never arrived

Don’t trust these guys. Hat was absolute garbage. Not felt material…more like furry cardboard. Something that you would find in a 2dollar store. The biggest scam though was that they advertised in NZD, only to find out they charged USD when looking at my bank account. So a hat advertised as $66NZD ended up costing me $117. SCAM.

Stay as far away as this company.A brought a hat and they shipped my hat in a plastic gray bag They didn't have the Time to put it in the box and ship it correctly . The hat is trash and was Damage in shippin It's not a real hat. Is made out of some kind of cardboard. Please do not waste your money on this company. I have been asking for a refund and THEY WANT refund me i offer to ship the hat back to them on my cost. And all they wanna give me The first time I email though they said 4 dollars i email. Them again 2 days later, they said $8. Now they're saying $10. All I want is my money but I'm tired of arguing back-and-forth with these people about my money. This hat cast me almost $50. And they sent me a cardboard looking hat that's made cheatly, and they won't refund me my money back. Stay away from this company. This is the worst trash company in the world do not waste your time because this hat was for my wedding now I have to spend more money to buy another hat. Please stay away from this company.
