I am not exactly sure why it works but it does. I went out with family tonight for dinner and left my phone at home. I couldn’t do anything with it, so why bring it. It’s like a parent entered the room, finally. And I’m a senior! 😂 Thank you 😊

It’s a helpful tool if you actually want to make a change in how much time you spend on your cell phone. I like how you can target and block specific apps that you struggle with being addicted to.

It’s a great app to help me stay off social media doom scrolling. I know I could try and do it alone, but sadly I can’t. I need something to make me feel held accountable. However, be warned you will be humbled. It calculates you daily average usage and lets you know how much you spend on your phone over the course of a life span. My flabbers were fasted and that’s motivated me too to gain time and life back.
