The fact that I’m accountable to myself & my time has been very healing. This app is fantastic!

I saw the ads for this app while addictively doom scrolling on IG at 1am. I got the 1 month trial three days ago and I’m already in the top position on the leaderboard. Every time I think about opening the apps I change mind because I don’t want to lose my position. It’s 6pm and I’ve only had almost 2 hours of screen time and it’s mostly this app. That’s a good thing! I used to waste 2-4 hours on Meta platforms. I’m realizing that my life on social media is the matrix and I’ve decided to unplug. I’m dealing with all the challenges in front of me instead of being involved in social media drama with a bunch of people I don’t even know. I love it here.

On the first day, I felt it changing my behaviour and adjusting my screen time down. Simple concept but seems to be working for myself a 50+ adult and my 20+ year-old children. I don’t love the annual cost, but I spend money on a lot of things that are not good for me so I feel like this is a good investment for something that is good for me.

Vary effective and really supports my procrastination issue.

Really helped me stay off my phone and pay attention to what actually need to pay attention to. The doom scroll has stopped and when i do use it i use it with intention

So far, it’s working…which is something that I haven’t been able to accomplish on my own (staying off my phone). Winning!
