Technical advice was not very prompt…
Technical advice was not very prompt and no contact phone number for questions makes it hard to decide whether I should buy the product from someone who cannot answer my questions

Since their launch in 2012 I have enjoyed the quality and innovation of box components. They are the only brand I use for bmx or mtb.
