I received in the mail this huge box full of plastic parts that are to be assembled into a sample collecting kit. The last test i took for colon cancer used a tiny, compact kit that would fit in the palm of my hand, which I gladly did. But I am both aghast and offended by the huge amount of plastic waste generated by this latest kit. I sent it back. I refuse to be a part of this grossly unnecessary use of PLASTIC!

I received a false positive! I immediately scheduled a colonoscopy. I was so worried leading up to my colonoscopy, it really affected me and my family! Colonoscopy came back 100% normal. My Dr said he sees this more times than not with cologuard and he does not recommend cologuard to anyone! DO BETTER cologuard!!!

Sent in a kit just to find out they didn't process said kit and I would to complete the process over again. Unacceptable!

They sent me an unsolicited test kit then multiple texts prompting me to send this “free screening kit” in. After 10 days and texts and even literature in the kit saying it was no cost to me I received a $681 bill from Health Partners after I sent the kit in. Absolutely deceptive and predatory actions from this company.

Received test kit mail. Within 10 hours I was receiving phone calls about completion. 5 phone calls in 2 days. This is a greedy company that only cares about the money they make. After the 8th call I told them if they called again I was throwing it in the garbage. They called again I tossed the unused kit into the garbage

If I could give less than one star i would. This company harassed every day for almost two weeks until I sent back what I told my dr I didn’t want anyway. I received a text message from the company four days after sending it with a positive result.IN A TEXT MESSAGE!!! They called three times a day to get it sent in but a TEXT for results? Two weeks being terrified, my husband and daughter were scared they were losing me only to find after I did the colonoscopy I have Zero problems. The hounded me, scared me and my family for absolutely no reason for nothing. I would recommend getting the colonoscopy and to NEVER do this scam test. If I had cancer I would have much preferred hearing that from my doctor and not in a text from the lab. Do not waste your time, money or energy on this BS fake scam.

First of all, I want to say that I think ColoGuard is a good thing for people to test if colon cancer does not run in their family and their average risk. The problem with it is I think they had too many false positives. I am 71 years old and I have never had a colonoscopy and I kept procrastinating and not getting it. My family kept telling me to get it but I kept saying next year next year.Medicare Sent me a free kit of colorguard. I took it I sent in the test and I got back a positive result. I was scared to death cause I was thinking I had cancer because I put it off having a colonoscopy for too many years. I was frantic I finally pushed myself after receiving this positive test result to have a colonoscopy. The results were fantastic. I had no polyps at all no abnormalities everything was normal and they said they would see me in 10 years so even though colorguard made me worry for nothing it pushed me to get that colonoscopy that I kept procrastinating about.

This company has way too many false positives. I received an abnormal result followed up by a colonoscopy which found absolutely nothing. I'm also familiar with several other people that have had the same result. Don't let these people charge you or your insurance $700 for such an inaccurate test.
