Highly recommended! I purchased Microsoft Office Professional for my new computer as I was looking for a bundle *one time purchase* (not a subscription) with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, to use for occasional work and home projects, but mostly for writing and electronic journaling projects (documents with text and photographs). Best price around, with very simple install, quick turn-around, and available tech support (which I didn’t end up needing, even though I am *not* tech saavy in the least)! Glad I took a chance on them—will return in a flash for any future software needs.

Needed Excel with VBA for some antiquated equipment. The one thing LibreOffice can't do better for free. Wanted a permanent copy not the 365 $ubscription $cam. Don't need to update it (see "antiquated equipment" above.) That worked fine. Office 2019 Home and Student. Got charged a foreign transaction fee to Canada on top of the listed price - for a site that lists only an address in Seattle, Washington, USA -1/2 star Checked the "don't spam me box" (or unchecked the "spam me please" box, I don't recall which,) got spammed repeatedly anyway. -1/2 star

Eksoftware had what I wanted advertised and at a competitive price. They further had a sales support team available to assist in helping the customer with implementation of what they ordered. I will give them a first shot at any future software requirements I may have going forward with this level of service.

I have used Publisher for more than 20 years. I just added it to my new laptop. I don't use it often, but when I need it I am glad I have it to use.

Carl was simply fabulous. I am elderly and not very technology savvy. Carl displayed patience with me and took the time to answer all my questions in a way I could understand what he was talking about. Carl's technical expertise was also demonstrated as I watched him work. Anyone who gets Carl to help service their computer will be happy and get results!
