I will be honest and say I was worried something would go wrong with purchasing Microsoft Office with Eksoftware since I had never heard of them before but boy was I worried for nothing. Everything was as smooth as can be and I didn't have a single issue with downloading and installing the software to my laptop. Super quick and easy and worked as it should right from the get go. Definitely glad I bought it from Eksoftware.😁

Faris Very professional, very nice to have someone help with the computer without making you feel stupid if you don't understand something. Would recommend anyone that needs help to find him to anyone that needs help with their computer.

I worked with Farif today to install my Office 2021. I had never done an upload like this and Farif walked me through the process with ease! He was extremely professional, patient and knowledgable throughout the process and I could not be happier with his technical service!. Keep him, give him a raise and I thank him from the bottom of my heart! I needed to get this done today and he made sure we did! Happy holidays! Linda
