I purchased MS Office a month ago from AKSoftware, and I still cannot use the software!! They will not give a refund once you register the key with Microsoft. IT WON'T INSTALL!! I have dealt with their Chat Service multiple times, but No One there can help me. Their software Will Not Install Completely. It gets to about 95% & quits. Giving Error msg "there was an issue".... STAY AWAY FROM AKSOFTWARE!

This company is a nightmare. I made a purchase for Vipre Antivirus software. I received bunch of emails to entice me to buy more products. I never got the product code even though an email said the goal is to send it within 30 minutes. 2 hours later, I tried to chat and called but never received a reply. Finally, I called again and spoke to a man with a very heavy accent who claimed his name is Jesus. It took him a long time to answer my basic questions. After him giving me conflicting information and a healthy dose of an attitude, I was told that they ran out of the software, more will be available in 3 days and do I want to wait or do I want to cancel. I canceled and could not get a straight answer about when to expect my refund. Avoid like it is the Omicron variant even if you are fully vaccinated. Communication is mostly dishonest and misleading at the least. Now I will have to purchase the product from someone who delivers simultaneously with my payment and communicates in clear English. Goodness me!

Needed Word, Excel, and Powerpoint for my new Windows 11 computer. My Office 2007 wouldnt install. Found these guys and couldnt have been easier to deal with. Very smooth transaction.
