The MS Office I got from EKSoftware only works just after download. As soon as I close my computer and restart it, the program refuses to work again. In my programs list, under Microsoft Office Tools it always says (empty). None of your employees know how to fix this, except removing and re-downloading, and again, it only works until I turn off my computer. I would like a refund.

Besides a good deal, the customer service was outstanding. I messed up but the agent guided me thru all processes and got me up and running. Pretty cool.

I purchased an Excel program. During the download I accidentally hit a key that stopped it. When I tried to download it again I got a message stating that the key code had already been used. I called them and they were more than helpful in getting the program up and running. These guys are awesome.
