I bought a software and did not get it. Every time I tried to download it stated I have used the product. They made me go to the microsoft website twice to screenshot pictures and still I did not get it. I asked to canceled and did not get my money back. THIS PLACE IS FRAUD!

They sold Microsoft Publisher to me. However, they sent Microsoft Office instead, saying they didn’t have Publisher and substituted Office. I told them I specifically wanted only Publisher and that it was impossible to install only Publisher from the Office Suite they sent. I asked for a refund… they never responded to my request. I was forced to reverse the charges on my credit card to get my money back. They do not appear to have good business ethics. My experience with them was not acceptable. They admitted their fault, but refused to refund the payment voluntarily.

Getting Office Back on my Computer. I was in a terrible bind not being able to receive my mail or work on Microsoft Office components. I Needed Help; Joe to the rescue, he was fantastic, very smart.

Oh my, it is sad you have to ask people not to say offensive words! My experience with Anne was Fabulous! She was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked and added more information to make things more clear. She was super fast with the assistance she gave me, and gracious with her customer service! Totally turned my experience around. Thank you Anne!
