I ran into a block once Office downloaded; Jesus walked me through every step and was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, there was one last stumbling block but Joe was able to tell me exactly what to do. Ultimately, all is good, Office is working, and I'm a happy camper.

Joe from customer support was extremely helpful today. When I first started installing, the product key seemed to be accepted without actually downloading the software. Joe helped me out and stayed on through installation. Nice experience.
