I bought Outlook 2019 and was able to easily download it. I did have a few questions but they were all answered quickly and efficiently by customer service. I would recommend buying from this company again.

Recently purchased Microsoft office for mac.The price was very good. The installation was difficult a EKsoftware technician spent considerable time and effort to help achieve a successful installation. This was outstanding service and easily earned a five star recommendation

Jesus is absolutely wonderful. I downloaded the Visio and I couldn't get it to work on my laptop. He did a remote access help Session Title On Demand Remote Support #760490583 and fixed everything. Unbelievable how good he is at doing this tech support help. My order # 3254 was a GREAT experience. Jesus is so knowledgeable and so nice. I will definitely buy from Eksoftware again !!!

I was having trouble accessing the software, it wouldn't save. Paul was very helpful, but I am not so tech savvy, he accessed my computer and fixed it so easily. I am very grateful!!

I tried to buy software for my MAC, and they gave me software for a Windows machine. They told me that they could not refund it. So essentially I paid for software that I can not use.
