Buyer Beware!! This was a bad experience. The phone I purchased was a Verizon phone but it didn't work with Verizon. I had called Verizon before I bought it and they said it would but it had the IMEI number. I was told they had a 15% restocking fee so I ask for a return authorizaton number. I got the number but they never got back to me with the shipping information. It was very difficult connecting with ElectronicsForce and each time I called they said I just have to wait. Weeks later I finally got to someone and they sent me the information. The sent me a refund less approximatly 44% of the purchase price. This place felt like a scam and I would never purchase anything again from them. Buyer beware. .

Overall a fantastic experience. When I placed my order with electronicsforce.com on the 2nd of May, and after 4 days of order processing it was finally shipped out and I got the device of the 11th. Some will say that I got ripped off on the shipping but people that buy online are already aware that it takes a couple of days for order processing before shipping and even Amazon takes their time with it in this current situation. Overall I'm very happy with my order from them and I do feel my money is worth, looking forward to place another order with them sometime soon.

Awesome experience and representatives were very nice. Shipping estimate was on time and the price range for the shipping methods is fair compared to other stores.

I can understand the alternative shipment policy to protect the seller. However I do have reservations on how it is implemented: 1. My order should have been rejected as soon as I submitted. 2. The issue should have been raised in my follow up phone call. 3. The order should never have the "Shipped" status. 4. After the order has been cancelled four days after being shipped, at least the cancellation notice should be sent. For these reasons, I am giving one star rating.

Horrible refund policy

Best overall online experience! I made a purchase with them on April 2nd and it took them 5 business days to process the order (which is better than expected because everything is taking forever to process especially on Amazon it takes a whole month!) . I paid for my 3day shipping on my order and I got it after 2 business days after it was shipped. The product came new as advertised and I really recommend them overall.

Best customer service and business I've made online. After a good research in search for where to buy a mobile hotspot at a legitimate seller that has these for a good price especially at these times hotspots are very hard to get. I'm glad I've came across electronicsforce and that I got what I needed in order to work from home.

Best phone vendor on the internet! As I searched for a new device online that I really needed because my phone died while in quarantine and due to all the stores being closed in my area I had no other choice but buying from them. I placed an order with them on a Tuesday and paid extra 2 day shipping and after the whole processing and stuff which took 24 hours they finally shipped it and I got my phone as expected on Friday morning. Glad my phone didn't get delayed and I'm very happy with their service!
