I ordered a phone from this company on 12/6, received no communication on anything. When I called for tracking number, they made me call back in 20 mins so they could get the tracking number. When I called back the gentleman said I would receive it by Christmas and provided me the wrong tracking number. When I called again, they said I wouldn't receive it until 12/29-1/3. They then shipped it using the wrong zip code so it was returned to them. The gentleman said he would expedite the shipping at no additional cost and I would have it on 1/2. When I still did not receive it, I called again and the gentleman said it was going to be shipped out and I would have it Monday. When I got upset, he then advised we would just cancel the order and he would refund me my money back plus $20 for my time. Now I have to start all over. I appreciate the extra $20, but would absolutely not do business with this company again.

Worst experience ever and seems like scam Products are not authentic, Delivered the product after a month though selected 2 days shipping and paid for it. Charged me 30% on returns. Called Customer care for reason they are rude and didn’t answer any of questions and hang up. I would not recommend at all .

I ordered a phone from ElectronicsForce which was to be delivered within 2 weeks. When it did not show as being shipped within the 2 week period, I messaged them on their internal messaging system. I received an email with a tracking number - but the tracking number was false. I messaged them again and they did not respond. I called their service department and was told that my phone had been shipped 4 days after I had ordered it and that if I would call back at a certain time I could get a tracking number. I called back at the appointed time and the recording said that the office was closed. I called back the next day and was told that the phone had shipped but was given a different ship date - but it hadn't shipped. It finally shipped and when I received the phone it was the wrong color phone from what I had ordered, and it came in a generic box instead of the manufacturer's original packaging. No documentation came with it. I called them back and was told that they did not have the particular phone that I had ordered. Truly a poor online purchasing experience.

I highly recommend you do your research before placing an order with them. I went to buy a phone from them for Verizon and it was a flip phone, now I wasn't aware that Verizon doesnt support 3g phones anymore and I didnt even read the description of the phone that I bought. So far I paid for overnight shipping and it took 3 days to arrive, and Verizon wouldnt activate the phone I got because its too old. So I called customers service and tried to ask them if I could maybe exchange this phone and if they could deduct from my credit card and they told me that they are out of stock on the 4g phone I wanted and they are gonna take the phone back and get my money back minus a restocking fee. So far I wish they had the phones that I want but yet I feel like that they didn't want to make business with me because I'm kinda hard to handle.

Trustful seller! I highly recommend electronicsforce for all you people that are looking to buy phones. These guys were very nice and helpful in my overall experience.

Honestly good seller! Electronicsforce is a good seller because they give out the latest devices for such a low price. But the thing is that you might be getting an overstock device.
