Let me start by saying that this is one of the best websites I've encountered overall. With so much great phone selection that they have and the prices they hand out this is definitely a must go to place for me. Would recommend this place to everyone plus the shipping is good and on time as expected.

I just want to start by thanking Adam for the awesome customer service he gave me and I really feel like that electronicsforce.com hands the best customer service ever. I bought a phone from them and paid for faster shipping and turns out that I didn't get the phone on time and thanks to Adam I got my money back for the shipping and he was super nice and patient with me. Just because of the customer service I'll be from them again!

Electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GETCOM Product: Cell phone LG G7 ThinQ LMG710ULM Worst experience ever. This place completely screwed me over and I lost over $400 in the process. Not to mention hours of time and frustration. The story is too long and went on for months but bottom line is I would and will never do business with this POS company. This is my personal opinion and experience with this horrific business. I attempted to save money by buying a cell phone online from this place and it turned into a complete nightmare. My take away is that it is not worth trying to save a few bucks by buying something like a cell phone online. Too many shady characters like this place (electronicsforce.com aka CELL2GETCOM). Factor in shipping time, shipping costs, personal time... Just not worth it. If anything goes wrong any money you may have save goes out the window. If buying a cell phone I'd buy from a place local where you can see it before you buy it and you can return it if any problems. If you buy online, unless you have another cell phone, you will be without a phone if you have any problems.

Greatest phone merchant in the market! Just got my phone from them, I'm very surprised of how quickly I got it and the way the package was secured. Overall I definitely recommend these guys!

I bought a phone and decided to return it since it did not come with the appropriate dash charger (one plus phone) and was not a boxed phone in virgin state. They willingly refunded my money minus $72 for "restocking fee". In my opinion, this type of fee is a scam. To be fair, the policy is posted clearly on their site but of course I didn't read it before purchasing. I certainly would not purchase from them again and would recommend that you only purchase from this company if you are sure that you will not need to return.

the phone you ordered was advertise correctly restocking Fees are not used to generate profit for our business. We use restocking fees to recover costs incurred during shipping and receiving of returned items, as well as price changes that may have occurred while the device was out of our possession and unable to be sold. If you have questions regarding this policy please call me directly at 877-235-4175
