Good customer service they answered my email Whitin 5 minutes decided to purchase the phone received it next day and it's working great

I'll put electronicsforce through the old online retailer review checklist starting with Shipping - I opted for the usps ground option, the phone was delivered about 3-4 days after purchase (I live in MA) Customer care/ Support - I placed a call before ordering to confirm a couple of things, it turns out I was calling when they were closed but a technical support rep went the extra mile to help me anyway. Very friendly and professional Product Quality / Supply - The selection and array of choices available is quite large they carry most brands, models and carriers including unlocked devices. They do offer both new and refurbished models, the one I got was brand new and arrived brand new in box. Pricing - Most prices are competitive, of course with the exceptions of sale items Overall I would rate my experience an A and wouldnt be afraid reccomending them to others

I hate to admit it but I dropped my brand new Galaxy in the toilet. I tried putting in rice right away but it seems I was too late. The phone stopped charging properly and slowly different functionalities continued to go until it was all but unusable. A friend mentioned they purchased an off contract device from here once so I gave it a go. Got the phone on time and was brand new as expected. A+

I am waiting for my transaction to be finalized before finishing my review. It all ended well however not a completely smooth process. However customer service did very well by me and remedied the issues I had.

I had ordered a phone through this site in the past with good results so I went back to them for my new phone.Yet again i was suprised by their great customer service and their product quality. I tell all my friends to order through them and saw far theyve all had good experiences. If your not sure whether to order from them or not i say give them a try you wont regret it.

i ordered a refurbished s7 through this site and glad i did. phone was in great condition and came with a new cable and charging box. Phone was not in an original box but didnt expect it to be, i know some people care about that but i dont see why. Regardless i would order from this site again in a heartbeat.

I am VERY disappointed in this company. I order what was advertised as a NEW phone, however upon inspection of the delivered item, it was clearly NOT NEW. There were scratches on the screen and on the finger-print sensor which were clear indicators that the phone was NOT NEW. It was NOT in the Samsung original packaging which was another indicator. The one person I was able to talk to from the company was not helpful and had a short temper when I asked simple questions. Not to mention that person gave me the WRONG tracking number. Unless they can right this wrong, I'm returning my item and advise to stay away unless you're looking for a used product. *EDIT* I have since changed my review from a 1 star to 4. Although I did not receive the product I had hoped for, when I began the return process Electronicsforce was quick to respond and help me. I just received an email notifying me of my full and complete refund. Thank you very much Electronicsforce for remedying the situation swiftly and fully.
