Phone arrived packed really well with alot of bubble wraping and it was signature required upon delivery I purchased Samsung j7 Verizon and when inserted my sin card inside the phone it wasn't working right away i contact electronicsforce and they help to get in contact with Verizon and helped me to setup my phone it's working great

Shipped wrong phone, made it really difficult to exchange. Did not use some expedited shipping for exchange that I did for original order. Without phone for 2 weeks. Bad business practices.
