The whole experience was pleasant. The setup was very easy, and the support provided was very helpful. I loved the consistency of communication and feedback. I really appreciated that I was able to receive the product directly to my house and that they also picked it up. I found that Freespira helped out the most with my racing thoughts and anxiety during the night before bed.

I felt like a person, not just a number, and that my specific situation was taken into account when making goals and interpreting results. Happy to have another tool in my toolbox. Phenomenal. I was at my end of the road considering medications, all forms of therapy, panic attacks landing me in the ER, & relationships that were in constant conflict. Freespira helped me regulate my nervous system and respond to chaos / conflict in a big girl way leaving me feeling empowered versus stagnant and overwhelmed. My specialist was incredible, flexible and encouraging. Highly recommend.

Wonderful program and a great opportunity to improve on life. This has helped me immensely to learn, improve, and breathe through my symptoms. It is now a few years post my initial FreeSpira treatment and still I have been able to manage life well with the tools learned from this experience.

I was skeptical at first, but I am a believer now. It took me about 3 wks to get into a groove with regulating my breathing. At that point I realized I could take control of my panic attacks by using the breathing method as soon as I started to sense an attack coming on. I was often able to stop or at least reduce the severity. I felt less anxious about my next "episode," because I knew I now had a tool to use. I also use it it to relax and to fall asleep. I'm grateful my insurance paid for it too!

The company made very bold claims such as "you'll be symptom-free" or "at minimum you will see a 50% reduction in your symptoms", and therefore I decided to spend the money and try this product. I spent $2000 out-of-pocket (it would have been $2500 if I hadn't been able to pay in a lump sum), and saw virtually no improvement whatsoever in my symptoms.
