Delivery was superfast! Quality mobility scooter for the money. Assembly went well except for the front basket. Directions for the basket installation are not very good. The seat on the T4 scooter is ample and comfortable. Easy to operate control panel and safe turning radius. A nice scooter!

Ordered over a month ago and the scooter has still not even been shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and they keep apologizing and saying they will expedite the shipping. Buyer beware. We are contacting our credit card company to contest this as fraud at this point.

First of all, you sent me a scooter with a stained seat and when you sent a replacement, it was the wrong seat(T3), I assumed. I have a T4 and the T4 is a different size.

I am not happy with the power of the unit. I have only ridden two times in my yard. I was trying to get a fill of the unit.

My experience with HOVERFLY was great. I ordered a mobility scooter for my son, who has multiple health problems, and he is very happy with it. Placing the order was very easy, and it was delivered to his home in 4 days.

I recently made a purchase from Hoverflys.com and I have to say, their aftersales support has been absolutely stellar. From the moment I had a question about my order, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they resolve my query with efficiency, but they also went the extra mile to ensure I was fully satisfied. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers beyond the point of sale, and Hoverflys.com has truly set the bar high. Special shout-out to their Aftersales team for making the experience so seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its products and services, look no further! Thank you, Hoverflys, for going above and beyond!
