Came a day early. One hiccup.
Came a day ahead of scheduled delivery. Went together fairly easy. One hicccup with instructions. The manual did not address plugging in tower and took a bit to figure out why unit did not power on when full charge was achieved. Love scooter performance and the look of unit. Would love customer service access.

Customer service is like having NONE
Customer service is like having NONE. If you open this package(to see if it works for you), then you have bought it. They will not take it back without charging you $250 & you pay shipping. They don’t even have a phone # available that you can talk with someone. All correspondence is by email.
