My product arrived with a cracked marble top and the company will not replace it because I accepted delivery. The box was intact and did not appear damaged. I had been told I had 48 hours to inspect it and report any damage. That was a lie. I am so angry. I do not have $3000 to throw away! Do not purchase from this company!!!

Spoke to Joe and Eric. Terrible customer service. Asked to speak to a manager 5 times and eventually put on hold to make me go away. Joe quote 4 weeks lead time when Thermasol said it was stock

LIARS. THIEVES. They keep your credit car on file. Do NOT send you what you ordered. Change the order description. And keep billing you. BUYERS BEWARE - this is a fraud racket. DO NOT BUY from them.

At the end of June 2021, I placed an order for a sink that KB authority online claimed was in stock... When I called for a follow-up the following week, the customer service rep stated this product had a 4 week lead time. Understanding the global situation this seemed reasonable. In the middle of August, I got an email saying the product shipped, however, UPS sent a tracking notice that the box was empty (interesting) and did a return to sender. I called KB authority right away, and the CS Rep apologized and stated they would send a replacement order, but it would take 3-4 weeks. I kept on following up every week to show the importance of this order as it was holding up my kitchen counter installation. On 9/13 I called again and the CS Rep put me on hold for 12 minutes and the call disconnected. When I called back, they stated they were on hold with the manufacturer and they would call/email me. Surprise they didn't. I called again on 9/14, the same thing happened. The CS Rep placed me on hold and the call disconnected after 14 minutes. However, this CS rep was kind to email me that the product would now be shipping at the end of the month. It has been 13 weeks since the order was accepted and paid for and I still don't have a product. Definitely buyer beware... KB authority doesn't give realistic expectations to its customers and is poor in communication (except to take the order).

I ordered a bathroom vanity. The carrier was to call prior to delivery, they did not. They left the vanity at the end of my quarter mile driveway with no way for me to get it to my house. I knew they would not bring it inside, ok fine. But to leave it that far away with no way for me to move it and then refuse to help is unacceptable. Do not order from them.

Check out the email I received almost 2 weeks after I ordered the item I need: Thank you for your purchase with us at Kbauthority.com We apologize to inform you, that the item you have ordered is on extended backorder with our warehouse for additional 14-20 weeks. The manufacturer has offered us a onetime courtesy of drop shipping this order directly to our customer, however, there is an additional upcharge of $65.00. The drop shipment would occur in approximately 10-14 business days should you decide to pay the additional amount. Drop shipping is when the item ships direct from the manufacturer to you. Not only is this unethical, why would they charge me more because they (the middle man) got cut out. Bad business and a very bad company.

After 8 months of waiting for the delivery of my bathroom vanity, I finally cancelled my order. K&B said that they could not refund my credit card, but would send me a check. 7 weeks later & numerous phone calls & emails, I have still not received the check. I am out over $1000! Don't buy from this company!

Placed an order for two expensive vanities and I used the discount code. The next day they sent me an e-mail telling me they couldn't honor the discount and if I wanted to place the order I would have to pay them 15% more. This is after I received an e-mail saying the order was processed. Total bait and switch, I canceled the order and will never order from them again.
