Kit is user friendly and gives you a lot of creative opportunities for email blasts and campaigns.

They closed my account without prior notice, before I could even confirm my email. Their AI bot is so dumb it is offensive and human support just closes tickets without even providing any suppport. Looking at their terms, I did not violate any, I did not even send an email yet. I opened an account, after the registration wizard there was a note saying my account was blocked. To follow the steps in the non-existent support chat, only to later find “Your account is closed.” After logging in… Why not do another rebranding to scamkit.com and just disable any kind of support since even email support does not respond to anything… what a waste of time and what scam of a business Update: It’s been 4 days since I provided Kit with the account information, after they wrote their response to the original review. No one has reached out, so blocking a new account before it has even be used for anything seems to be exactly the experience Kit wants you to have. Update 2: Over a week ago since Kit.com lied about reaching out to solve their weird ass problem and demanded more information (or this review could be flagged as false…) No one reached out, Kit blocks your account before you can use it, and then lies about providing support… do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT waste your time on this company.

Kit is easy to use, has a great user friendly interface. Building email sequences is super easy with a great visual interface and multiple 'what if' scenarios to build exactly what you want people to receive.

This has more stuff than I need and I know I'm paying for it. Keep the price low & give me the solid basics. No group referral stuff.

I don’t find it 100% intuitive, but that being said, the more I use it the more I learn.

They closed my account without prior notice. I'm 100% open and honest that I did NOT violate any terms. Factoring that I created my account the other day, and have never send emails to anyone. I made 0 interaction with prospects or people at all. It just happened that I came to think of KIT, decided to open the tool and guess what. I merely saw a box saying : Your account was closed. And that was their frank and detailed reason. Thanks !
