Tech is challenging for me so I’m really grateful to Kit for making it easier for me. Huge huge shoutout to support whether AI or human. I could not do this without you. I truly wish I could afford the paid version but the jump from free to paid with as few subscribers as I have does not make sense for me.

Very simple to navigate and whenever stuck there's great support - very intuitive - thanks for such a great solution!

Kit is simple to use and can be fast and efficient. I love using email templates that I can customize. I think it makes my emails stand out.

Broadcasts and Product Sales are what I focus on as I'm comfortable using them. I've created multiple automations that are simple and work well for me.

With all honesty, I have not used it to its full capacity yet. I've mainly used it to reply to purchases or opt-ins from Sam Cart.

I particularly love the ability to include ads in my newsletters. I email my subscribers often, and no one has ever complained.

I have been with this company for 5 years now. I was skeptical at first and I didn't want to pay the high price. But after some time, I have found that it is well worth the price. It is super easy to navigate and easy to understand. Even for someone like me who doesn't know anything techy. I love the all the ways they help you to monetize and scale your business. Its not just a email service platform. It is so much more!

Overall Kit has been user friendly and has many features on the free plan that have been helpful. I've been wanting to upgrade so I can build out more welcome sequences, but I have 3 different businesses and can't afford to upgrade them all right now. I wish there was a plan for up to 3 businesses that was cheaper than upgrading each one individually. Currently it's something like $300+ a year for 2 of my businesses and $500+ for my 3rd one. It would be nice to be able to bundle those for less than $1000 a year.
