They are mostly working on their existing cloud customers and will help you to get started with self-hosted version. But once you make the payment, most new features are released for existing cloud customers, you usually can request only bug-fixes.

But we expect more features like merging of the tickets.

Though, our primary intention was to use LiveAgent for our helpdesk to serve customer service, LiveAgent turned out to be more of a tool that helped us increase our sales. This is a fantastic platform and I am sure all of the LiveAgent clients also will share the same opinion.

GREAT customer service, very supportive and competent live agent is fine, missing some configuration though but can be adequate for a small team of employees. As part of bigger company I would rather go for something else

This is the best customer service tool available on the market, with plenty of possibilities to integrate different sources such as Facebook, Twitter, E-mail, Survey Monkey, etc.

LiveAgent is fantastic system, I only give back 4 out of 5 starts becouse i believe a mobile app should be bit more usable.
