This review is for Dr. Phillip Anthony Hash, if you don’t like the type of work you do, go ahead and find a different career. He doesn’t listen, ask questions and interrupts before you can even finish, doesn’t care about what you’re saying. This is a terrible service and experience overall, so disappointing.

Sucks! I made two appts and both times Dr. never showed up and I got docked for the visit! I called customer service 6 times and they claim it was my fault

To Dr. Uzoma O Anaba, MD, Your service serves you well, but not me. Your doctor prescribed a medication that is no longer available. Your doctor is out of touch. I want my money back. I will tell everyone about your service and how bad it is. There is no eay for me to call the doctor back without another fee. Your website follow up sucks also. There's canned responses, and I only can choose one. I can't say my own words. You are another example of an institution that's made for the shareholders and not the customers. I still have my stye and I'm dealing with it on my own. Thank you, Richard Carter

MDLive is a scam and useless. My wife called and was screened. She explained her very specific issue and what she was looking for. They set up a call for a doctor to call and recap what she has already told them for the screening and after a 6 min call told her there's nothing they can do because telehealth is only for acute issues and go see a PCP. Why do I need to pay $65 to have a doctor call to say they can't provide service. Am I paying to get told by a doctor to go see a doctor? There's a "treatment plan" in an online portal to go see a doctor. What a joke. I called in to dispute it. You can't talk to the doctor, they can't see what the doctor said, they can't see the treatment plan, you can only talk to the doctor if you create a portal account and the doctor enables the feature to talk with them. But she made a "treatment plan" so it can't be refunded. If MDLive isn't competent enough to screen properly, or if the doctor isn't smart enough to notify MDLive they can't help but needs to call to justify a charge, that's not on us. This is a group of scam artists. Oh, btw the manager I was escalated to was unfriendly.. sounds like she gets these calls all day long. Now I wait 45 days for billing to likely reject my escalated dispute. I don't need to call in and talk to someone again.. refund my money.

I used MDLIVE and had an absolutely awful experience. Honestly, calling it “bad” doesn’t even cover it. The entire process has been beyond frustrating from start to finish. The doctor never enabled messaging, so anytime there was an issue, I had to go through customer service, which literally took days just to get someone on the phone. On top of that, I was transferred multiple times, often to overseas call centers, and spent over an hour on the phone more than once just trying to get help. Most recently, I had a scheduled appointment, but the link they provided would not work. Five minutes later, the doctor marked me as a no-show and now they want to charge me for the missed appointment. I’ve called customer service several times since Friday and am STILL waiting for someone to call me back. Meanwhile, I’m now without my medication because they’re telling me I need to reschedule another appointment and pay another $48,even though the issue was clearly on their end. Completely ridiculous and extremely disappointing customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before using MDLIVE.

I wrote a review earlier I wrote a review earlier. I would just like to tell my experience with MDlive phone counseling for anxiety and depression. Please if you have anxiety and/or depression I would strongly advise you not to use this service. They put things on your medical record that you NEVER said and they won't remove it. My last counselor I spoke to about 4 or 5 times was just useless. I would talk and talk and then wait to hear from him and after a few minutes I would say ARE YOU THERE. His advice when I can get him to answer was just something like your friend would tell you there was nothing professional about him. After begging for my medical records for 2 months and reading what he wrote I was shocked because it was not everything I talked about. Very important thing were left out that I was having difficulty with. I was so disappointed I cried. He needs to go back to school and take his course over, but this times he needs to learn how to be a counselor. What a waste of time and money. It was supposed to be an hour you are lucky if you get close to 40 minutes. After reading my medical records I have come to the conclusion I was talking to someone without a degree. I need to find a place that will have councilors who have degrees and truly know how to help someone in distress like I am. I have more anxiety and depression now talking to this place. I am trying to find some sort of medical board so I can make a complaint and report their incompentency. I am truly sorry for this review but I had to let people know if they are going to deal with this practice

Can't even understand the people on the phone, accent is way to strong.
