Hi Heather, Sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and we want to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Upon reviewing your case, it appears that the return request exceeded our specified return period which is posted on our website. Our return policy is designed to maintain fairness and consistency for all our customers. We want all the product details to be available on our website for reference including photos. And, for our Haylen (Solar), we indicated there that it includes one solar panel per light (wiring needed). Also, if you have checked the FAQ on the product page, you will see there all the other information about the light including the Installation guide. We understand that this may be frustrating, and we genuinely want to get this issue resolved. We are here to assist you and explore any possible alternatives that may be available. Our Senior Client Care Specialist will try to contact you to resolve this matter. Thank you for choosing MOD, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. - Team MOD
