Sometimes there are shipping delays …
Sometimes there are shipping delays but their products are very high quality. Customer service is good too. Did 4 large purchases with them so far.

I would think twice before purchasing…
I would think twice before purchasing anything from this company, they promised to deliver purchased lights and they did not show up even close to being on time. When they did finaly arrive, they were packaged in styrofome only. The light came from China. Not a bad thing, just misrepresented by way of their web site. They do not disclose that they have to come from China, not their warehouse in the states.

We’d also like to clarify that MOD Lighting operates globally, with warehouses in North America (New York), as well as in Asia. Depending on stock availability and order volume, items may be shipped from any of our fulfillment centers. Our goal is always to ensure your lighting arrives as efficiently and securely as possible.
As for the packaging, we understand it might appear minimal, but the use of styrofoam is intentional - it’s proven to be the most protective material to safeguard our fixtures from travel-related damages, especially given their delicate structure.

I've ordered a light for a garden…
I've ordered a light for a garden project, the light I ordered wasn't cheap ,but in stock , I've had numerous emails sent , ordered on the 1st of May, there now saying its going to be another 5 to15 days for them to give me a tracking number, which tells me they have none in stock , so they take your money and keep you waiting, so if you like a light and have a project in mind , orders 12months in advance, cannot put into words how frustrated I am , and the fact they use AI to reply to your emails , which to me is not customer focused.

Wonderful Customer Service
I had an Issue with a few of the outdoor lights that I purchased. After speaking with Michelle in customer service, this was handled right away and she followed up to ensure I was satisfied. They corrected the issue to my satisfaction so I would definitely recommend Mod Lighting.
Michelle listened to my issue and I felt “heard”. She was very courteous and professional and I appreciated her service.
